To
become a member employer, you must operate a mainstream or ethnic focused: non-profit; agency of government; business;
charity; school; church; or other civic organization that serves Ontario’s Caribbean
and Latin American communities.
Please
note that we only recommend volunteers for work at the professional or advanced
technical expert levels.
To
request a volunteer for a particular role you must provide a volunteer job
description; or project and scope of work for the prospective volunteer.
Some
volunteers will be willing to serve from your office; however, our primary
focus is to provide highly skilled volunteers who can deliver at the
professional level from home. You may negotiate site visits or face-to-face
initial meeting if agreeable to both parties before signing the contractual
agreement.
